This page is our automated project manager. The TODO section is to remind us what still needs to be done for the project and this is what PMs do. The DONE section is to show us how much has already been accomplished to keep us motivated and this is what PMs should do.
If you need to have some task done for the PEG, but can't do it right now, add it to the TODO list. When you have started working on it, you should mark it to avoid duplication. Even better is to subdivide the task into several subtasks and mark the one you are working on - that way overs can try to do the other parts. When you have finished a subtask, cross it out and add your signature with ~~~~ to take credit. When all subtasks have been finished, move the whole task to the DONE list.
